Reporting a date or calculation error
These are the most valuable messages this site receives. Calendar accuracy is its load-bearing claim, so a boundary date that disagrees with the published conversion table is a defect, not a difference of opinion.
Include the exact page address, the input you entered — the birth date, year or animal — the result you were shown, and the result you expected. That is usually enough to reproduce the problem immediately. The methodology page sets out which fields are calculated and therefore correctable this way.
Corrections to the guides
Notes on the written guides are welcome too, particularly where something is described in a way that flattens a tradition. Chinese zodiac customs vary by region and by family, and a guide that presents one regional practice as universal is worth correcting even though no date is wrong.
The same applies to the transliterations and Chinese characters used across the site. If a term is rendered inconsistently, or a character is wrong for the sense intended, that is a straightforward fix.
What this address cannot help with
Nobody here will read your fortune, interpret a chart, or advise on a decision. The site publishes calendar facts and clearly labelled traditional material, and its maintainers are not astrologers. Requests for personal readings will not receive one.
Traits, compatibility groupings and customs are cultural tradition rather than claims of fact, so they are not errors to be corrected — though a note that something is misdescribed or missing important context is welcome.
